Blueskin Bay Community Complex

Project brief

Constructed as an addition to the existing community hall, this library was designed as a green building; a priority for the client.

Solar gains, natural lighting, passive ventilation, and materials with low to zero VOC, low maintenance and from renewable resources were used where possible.

Project role

I was the Project Architect involved from conception to completion, latterly with Architectural Ecology Ltd.
