Project brief

A small inner city site and tight budget was the challenge with this project. Two bedroom floors are separated by split floor levels with an open living area at the hub. Solar gains, natural lighting and landscape views are maximised.

Awards

This home was awarded a Gold Medal in the Registered Master Builders 2014 House of the Year, Southern Region; for excellence in workmanship, creativity and innovation.
